Returns Policy for Liam's Kicks

At Liam's Kicks, our utmost priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and that's why we have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Regrettably, if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your item, we won't be able to provide you with store credit, refund, or exchange. Eligibility for Store Credit:

In order to qualify for a store credit, it is required that the item remains unused and in its original condition, as well as in its original packaging. The store credit will be provided in the form of a digital gift card.

Exemptions from Return:

Some types of goods cannot be returned, including personalized items such as clothing, cups, promotional items, and posters. Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

Return Process:

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Your returned item will be inspected upon arrival, and we will notify you via email once it has been received. We will also promptly inform you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, a digital gift card for the amount you spent less the shipping fee will be issued.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again. If there is still no sign of your refund, contact your credit card company and then your bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@liamskicks.com.

Sale Items:

It is important to understand that credit can only be given for regularly priced items. Sadly, any items that are on sale and discounted by more than 20% cannot be credited.

Exchanges:

If you've received a defective or damaged item, we're happy to replace it for you. To initiate an exchange for the same item, simply send us an email at info@liamskicks.com and ship the item to 720 East 32 Street Studio 27, Brooklyn, NY 11210.

Gifts:

If you received an item as a gift and it was marked as such during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) minus the original shipping cost. After we receive the returned item, we will send you a digital gift certificate via email. However, if the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a store credit to the gift giver who will be informed of your return.

Please note that all shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility, and we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund for these shipping expenses. You should also be aware that if you decide to return the item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund you receive.

For items valued at over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure secure delivery. Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
