If you are unhappy with your purchase, all UNUSED items can be returned to us for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the order back, we'll refund you in store credit minus return shipping. 

All returns are store credit only.

Our policy lasts 30 days for store credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards
, Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 12 hours of purchase that have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been processed and shipped.  

Normal delivery takes 2-4 weeks depending on the location. 

Yes, you can open the parcel to view the product when you receive the order.
