At Liam's Kicks, we aim to deliver your orders as soon as possible.
We are happy to offer free standard shipping and handling on all U.S. orders over $60* shipped to the lower 48 states. Please note that this offer excludes orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international orders.
We have two types of shipping options available for our customers:
Standard Shipping & Delivery- 2-4 weeks delivery- All orders placed on our website will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 14-28 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or transportation disruptions.
International Shipping & Delivery - 2-4 weeks delivery
- For international orders, delivery times may vary from 2-4 weeks depending on your location and any customs or import regulations. We ship our international orders through reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Please note that any customs or import duties that may be imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method:
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any major mail carrier, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service, etc.. At this time, we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice. Please note, some items may be shipped separately or may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. However, you will be notified when your order has shipped out so you can track it.
Tracking:
At Liam's Kicks, we understand the importance of knowing where your package is and when it will arrive. That's why we provide tracking information for all orders as soon as it becomes available. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to easily track your package's progress. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available for all orders, and some carriers may not provide real-time tracking updates. If you have any questions or concerns about tracking your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Missing Package:
If your order shows as delivered, but you haven't received it, make sure to check all possible locations like your mailbox, entrances, mailrooms, and with household members and neighbors. It's possible that USPS may show a package as delivered 2-3 days before it actually arrives.
If the tracking status is undeliverable, review the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email from the Shop App or us.
If you still haven't found your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to address any delivery issues.
